25 weeks

Maybe you’re getting nervous about delivery, or maybe it’s your haywire hormones, but you might start to have trouble sleeping around week 25. This is a common complaint of many moms-to-be. Experiment with different strategies for getting some sleep.

*How far along?: 25 weeks
* Total weight gain: Up 10 or 11
* How big is baby?: roughly 13.5 in and 1.5 pounds
* Next appointment: Friday at 10:45
* Maternity clothes?: Still wearing mostly them and sweats. Got an ISU maternity shirt in the mail today. I am pretty excited about it, but I don't think it will fit when I am 40 weeks.... Not long enough, I don't think.
* Stretch marks?: No new ones
* Sleep?: Not fabulous, have been sleeping on the twin bed downstairs (cooler and more comfortable) a couple of times a week.
* Best moment this week?: Nick felt baby girl yesterday morning before he left for work!
* Movement?: She is busy in the morning and then in the evening... couch times. I rarely feel her when I am chasing Wesley all over.
* Food cravings?: sweets, ice water, which is good because it is HOT this week!
* Pregnancy symptoms: Acid Reflux seems to be here. :( Was pretty bad last night.
* Labor signs?: no
* Belly button in or out?: In
*Gender: Girl
* What I miss: Having energy
* What I'm looking forward to: U/S Friday.
* Milestone: Baby's hair should have color and texture. She's also putting on baby fat so his hair will be less wrinkly.
