At week 26, baby may be interfering with your sleep, messing with your brain (forget much?), and even be giving you a stress headache or two. It’s normal to be experiencing some mild swelling, but around this week, it’s important to watch out for swelling severe or sudden -- it could be the sign of a dangerous condition called preeclampsia.
*How far along?: 26 weeks

* Sleep?: Meh. Hard to get comfortable but that's life for now.
* Best moment this week?: Nick feeling baby more, finding some fun girl clothes.
* Movement?: She's getting busier. I rarely feel her when Wes is up and moving, but do feel her when I take a break.
* Food cravings?: Friday I made cookies because I wanted them. Good choice.
* Pregnancy symptoms: acid reflux
* Labor signs?: no
* Belly button in or out?: In
*Gender: Girl!
* What I miss: stomach sleeping
* What I'm looking forward to: We decided to change the office to the guest room since we don't use it, and make the guest room baby girl's room. I have been packing lots of things to take to Good Will. It's exciting to think about getting her room ready.
* Milestone: Baby's nerves in his ears are getting more developed. She's also breathing in amniotic fluid to strengthen her lungs.
