After we dried off, we headed out the the beach. Mom and Dad were going parasailing, so we wanted to watch. Norah was a little sleepy still.

After we watched them, we headed to breakfast. Then, it was time to get packed up and checked out. Taking off our key bracelets to turn them in at check out was oddly sad.
We then loaded up the rental cars and headed towards St. Petersburg. We weren't flying out until the next afternoon because of issues getting an Allegiant flight back.
We came across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and had to stop for some pics. There were some really neat bridges in Florida. This was probably my favorite.
It turns out we could actually see this from the hotel we were staying at that night, so we were almost there at this point. The hotel was in a great location, but it was a little sketchy. We made the best of it though. The kids and boys enjoyed the pool.
Of course, we had to enjoy some drinks by the pool to end our vacation.
Our view of the ocean that morning. My pics make the hotel look fabulous. Of course, I didn't take any of the headboard that fell off the wall and nearly onto Norah. :/
The kids had to have a picture with their Disney balloons before we left. Expensive as they were, they did last the whole week and the kids loved them. Allyssa's cash was well spent. :)
We ended up having to kill quite a bit of time at the airport. It didn't rain the whole time we were in Florida until the day we left. The thunderstorms delayed our flight quite a bit.
We had to fly into Omaha. We landed to find out ISU was way ahead in the round of 32. It was way later than we had planned (we were hoping to head to BWW right away when we landed and check out the game, but the delay ruined that plan). ISU heading to the Sweet 16 was a good consolation. We got our luggage, then our rental cars and headed to DM. It was a LONG day and way late when we got to Ames. The vacation was definitely worth it. We had such a fabulous time. It was so nice to have a big chunk of time with the family and get to see new places. I love traveling!
THANKS, MOM AND DAD! :)
