Halloween in the Life of Wesley

This was Wesley's first Halloween that he might have known something was going on. Wesley was a bumblebee (a costume I made!), and he had quite a fun time.

The Thursday before Halloween was Boone's downtown trick or treat, so we took him to get his pic taken by Sarah and he got his first taste of trick or treating.

The Saturday before Halloween, we went to Blank Park Zoo for Night Eyes.

Sunday, we went to Spirits in the Gardens and Reiman Gardens.

And Monday, Halloween, he went trick or treating in our neighborhood with Teddy, his flower, in tow. By Monday he definitely knew to walk up to the person with candy and select a piece. He thought it was pretty great. He walked on his own almost the whole 1 1/2 hours, running much of the time. He even left his antenna on Monday a little better. There was no time to pull them off when there was candy to be eaten! :)
