Birthing class reflections

Nick and I finished our series of three classes on Tuesday. The first week seemed totally pointless, but we had a different teacher for the last two, and I really am glad we went. Will I use all the techniques? Maybe not, but I do feel like I know more of what to expect. I really could have done without the birthing videos, but I just keep telling myself that I'll have a epidural and all will be fine. Tuesday we ended with a tour of Birthways. I have only been there once, but Nick hadn't been at all. I was glad he got to see it and get an idea of what to expect. There was a super cute baby with bright bright blonde hair in the nursery. That made me feel better about those previously mentioned birthing videos!
