He enjoyed the first two ISU FB games. Tailgating was probably his favorite part, but he enjoys sitting on the hillside and looking for Cy, too! At the 2nd game, he got to go out on the field with Nick as a member of the Jr. Cyclone Club.
We've also enjoyed two trips to Center Grove Orchard. He likes the hayride, pedal tractors, big slide and the grilled cheese sandwiches among other things.
Friday, Wesley and Nick went to Day Out With Thomas. Thomas is Wesley's love right now! He had a great time but was afraid of Sir Topham Hat. He got to play with train sets, ride a little train, and, if course, ride on the cars pulled by Thomas! It's a good thing his baby sister picked out a Thomas toy for when Wesley becomes a big brother!
Besides Thomas and trains in general, Wesley likes cows, horses, books, blocks, his cozy coupe, balls, Cy, baths, and slides.
Wes still loves daycare and Jamie of course abs made a smooth transition back at the start of the year!
He's currently fighting a double ear infection, which we see all hoping is not the start of another fall and winter like last year! I'm not sure any of us can deal with that.
As far as clothes, he is in 2t for lots of things but moving to 3T for some shirts. He's in size 8&9 shoes and just started wearing 4T/5T socks. He had no chance with two parents with big feet!!
Wesley is still a fruit lover. He fist a big fan of meet but does like veggies, cheese, and cereal. Like most kids, he lives sugar, too. He can't have even a small amount of junk within an hour of supper or he won't eat even his favorite healthy foods, so we try to tide him over with Cheerios, fruit, etc. meltdowns = awful!
