Pre-K

Wesley- August 2014 and May 2015

Wesley finished Pre-K last Friday. He had such a great year at Sacred Heart with Mrs. Zinnel and Mrs. Porter.

Before Kindergarten experience day (April 15)

The end of his year was busy! At the start of May, he had grandparents' day. Both my mom and Nick's mom attended.

Wes before Spring program

May 8, he had his spring concert. Diana and Emi attended along with Nick, Norah and me. They sang 3 songs: "The Whole World," "Jesus Loves Me," and "This Little Light of Mine." Wes was nice and loud!

He then had an end of the year program for parents on the Tuesday of last week. Nick and I attended. Wes and his classmates sang ("BINGO" was Wesley's favorite), showed us the ABCs in sign language, counted in Spanish, and did their snack time prayer before we had the reception.

The program was a nice way to end the year. Wesley has really enjoyed being the line leader, bringing snacks and sitting in the snack person chair, and participating in show and tell (he enjoyed taking farm toys, stuffed animals, and TMNT stuff the most often). Another highlight of the year was their trip to the fire station and the Halloween party. It has been a great start to Wesley's school years! We are looking forward to another year at Sacred Heart for Kindergarten. Beyond that, he may stay or we may enroll him in Ames. Time will tell!
