The kids saw Dr. Matt again today. Wesley did a good job and got his first x-rays done. He let the hygienist polish part of his teeth, but she just had to brush some of them. I think the noise freaked him out a bit. He did a good job cooperating to let the dentist look. We could see his adult teeth in the X-ray and all looks good. One of his top front teeth is chipped but it's been that way for quite a while and hasn't bothered him yet.
Norah was less than cooperative, which I pretty much expected. He just brushed hers and checked to see that the molars came in the way they were supposed to (they did). Norah had 8 teeth when we were there in July (9 months), and 12 today (15 months).
Wes was quite pleased to choose a bouncy ball prize at the end. Norah was just happy to get outta there. We'll be back for checkups this summer.
