Wesley is growing out of some of his toys. It's a good thing Christmas is around the corner because I think he is starting to get bored. He can stay busy in his exersaucer for a few minutes still but not like before. I think it'll go to the basement soon. The links are mostly just good for hooking toys to his high chair, etc.
His current favorite is the Incrediblock. He played with it @ Amanda's and loved it. I thought it'd be a good xmas gift. It was backordered, but I ended up finding it on Craigslist last weekend and gave it to him.
He still loves Scout, too, We should update it so it doesn't say his fav food is steak now that he really does like other foods.
His favorite foods are carrots, bananas, Cheerios, and Puffs. He ate turkey & corn @ T-day but wasn't thrilled. We've been trying to give him some more finger foods, but, truth be told, I am still freaked out by most things.
Wesley has been working on pulling up and crawling. He wants to do both but can't quite figure either out. Last weekend, I thought he had figured out how to pull up to stand in the crib.... but he got distracted by chewing on the crib instead.
Wesley had his 9 month appointment and shots today. He weighed in at 19 lbs, 4 oz (yes, he gained more than 5 lbs since his 6 month appt) and is in the 25th %ile (was sub-5th). He is in the 25th percentile for height too at 27.25 inches (was 10th). His head is in the 62nd %ile. He grew out of a lot of his hats the last couple of months. Now I know why. It was in the 18th.
My baby is getting big :(
