28 weeks

*How far along?: 28 weeks
* Total weight gain: 3 lbs
* How big is baby?: 2.25 lbs
* Next appointment: Tuesday at 2:45- last 4 week appt and 1 hour glucose tolerance test (wish me luck!)
* Maternity clothes?: Still clinging to a few non-maternity. Right now, I am rocking one of Nick's hoodies
* Stretch marks?: one that isn't even a 1/2 inch long under my belly. ew.
* Sleep?: not great this week.
* Best moment this week?: Noticing how many people worry about me when the weather is bad. Monday was another snow day (that was called late) and I had 4 or 5 people call and text to check on me and make sure I wasn't driving in for no reason.
* Movement?: He's busy in there. Last night he kicked me so hard it scares me. When I am at work, I go hours without feeling him sometimes. When I am home, that doesn't happen.
* Food cravings?: christmas anything. Going to try out some new cookies today to take to Christmases next week
* Pregnancy symptoms: still sick, sore back
* Labor signs?: I have started having the occasional braxton hicks contraction--- or at least that's what I think they are. We'll see what my doc says on Tuesday.
* Belly button in or out?: In, but it seems to be making its way out
*Gender: Boy!
* What I miss: having more clothing to choose from. I've bought plenty of maternity clothes, but the variety just isn't there.
* What I'm looking forward to: Christmas! and break!
* Milestone: Baby now blinks his eyes. If he is anything like me or Nick, he won' ever be able to wink though. He can now sense light outside the womb.
